Developing your design brief

In an initial meeting, we will listen to our client’s wishes and requirements for the space they want to renovate or upgrade. In this meeting, a budget and timeline will be discussed. With the budget in mind, the scope of the design will be established.

The next stage involves visiting the project site to take measurements and conduct a site survey to establish site conditions and construction possibilities or limitations. Then detailed drawings and design concepts will be completed and presented along with material samples to the client for approval.

When the design concept is approved, the design can be fully developed and implemented. This involves lighting and electrical plans, floor plans, and detailed specifications with cost figures. We work with quality suppliers and craftspeople to keep every project on track and on budget.
